Meditate
– this can be prayer, sitting meditation or simple deep breathing. Take time to breathe consciously during your day. Start with 5 minutes and build up. If you are not sure how to do it then get a meditation or relaxation CD that will talk you through it.
- Take supplements
- A multivitamin, Antioxidant, Fish or Flaxseed oil and a digestive enzyme.
- Sleep
– get 8 hours sleep a night and never eat after 7.30 to give your body a chance to rest, digest and eliminate.
